Since 1987, Cypress Technologies has been recognized as a leader in electronic contract manufacturing. With a history of integrity, long-term vendor relationships and low overhead, we deliver superior products at the lowest cost to our customers. Our agile approach to manufacturing, with an ability to rapidly adjust workload control, allows us to surpass your most vigorous specialty production requirements.
We attribute our long-term success to six critical factors that will help you bring your products to market faster, including:
Focus on Service
Each and every Cypress Technologies employee makes it a point to maintain the highest standards and to regularly evaluate our service performance. You can be confident knowing that your specialized product will be delivered on time and at the best value in the industry.
Build a Quality Product
We place a premium on developing and delivering the industry’s most rugged, reliable products. This includes everything from prototype design of the product itself to maintaining quality control throughout production, process improvement, and service after delivery. We understand your unique challenges and your strict requirements. That’s why we’ve been an IPC-610E and ISO 9001:2015 certified company since 1999.
Emphasize Relationships
To be successful, you need a partner that will go beyond simply meeting your needs in the design, development and manufacturing of your specialized product. You need a team of experienced, committed, and trusted experts who value your relationship and emphasize your success. Put us to the test and see why our customers rate us a top business partner.
Optimize Efficiency
Improving work processes, reducing waste, and regularly training personnel on critical skills is the cornerstone of all that we do at Cypress. To maintain our rigid quality assurance standards, statistical data is continually captured and analyzed to assist in continued improvements in process and production. Increased productivity, reduced inventory levels and better quality control are among the ways we lower costs, optimize production, and assess customer demand.
Conflict Materials Policy
Cypress Technologies is committed to sourcing components and materials from companies that share our values around human rights, ethics and environmental responsibility. We expect all of our suppliers to abide by the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits human rights abuses and unethical practices. We also require all suppliers to comply with applicable legal standards and requirements.
On August 22, 2012, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued the final conflict minerals rule under Section 1502 the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Conflict Minerals Rule”). The Conflict Minerals Rule requires publicly traded companies to report annually the presence of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold, or “3TG”) originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries (“Covered Countries”).
Cypress Technologies supports the goal of ending violence, human rights violations and environmental devastation in the Covered Countries. We are committed to complying with any requirements applicable to our Company under the Conflict Minerals Rule.
Cypress Technologies will assist our customers in implementing their conflict minerals programs. We strive to work cooperatively with our customers and supply chain partners in implementing conflict minerals compliance programs.
Cypress Technologies requires all of our suppliers to provide us with completed conflict minerals declarations using the EICC/GeSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template. We may reconsider our willingness to partner with suppliers that fail to comply with this Policy.
Ethics Code
Cypress Technologies will conduct its business honestly and ethically wherever operations are maintained. Business operations will always function in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws.
Cypress Technologies strictly prohibits bribery or other improper payments. This prohibition applies to all business activities, whether they involve government officials or are wholly commercial. A bribe or other improper payment to secure a business advantage is never acceptable and can expose individuals and Cypress Technologies to possible criminal prosecution, reputational harm or other serious consequences. Cypress Technologies will not knowingly do trade or business with vendors or countries which are hostile to the USA.
We strive to improve the quality of our services, products, and operations and will maintain a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust, and sound business judgment. Our managers and employees are expected to adhere to high standards of business and personal integrity as a representation of our business practices.
We expect that officers, directors, and employees will not knowingly misrepresent the Company and will not speak on behalf of the Company unless specifically authorized. The confidentiality of trade secrets, proprietary information, and similar confidential commercially-sensitive information (i.e. financial or sales records/reports, marketing or business strategies/plans, product development, customer lists, patents, trademarks, etc.) about our Company or operations, or that of our customers or partners, is to be treated with discretion and only be disseminated on a need-to-know basis (see policies relating to privacy).
