Quality Control

To maintain our strict quality assurance standards, statistical data is captured and analyzed to assist in developing trends – both good and bad – for continued process and product improvements. We rigorously test assemblies prior to their release, including the use of environmental chambers when necessary, to ensure that your requirements and expectations are met. Since 1999, we have maintained our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, issued by BSI, Inc. and all electronic assemblies are manufactured with IPC-610E.

We take quality control very seriously

Quality control is an essential part of our day-to-day operations and is key to ensuring consistent quality services to our customers. We ensure that our workforce is fully trained and proficient to carry out all duties as required by you, by matching training, experience and competency to your requirements on an individual level.

All of our systems and procedures are reviewed regularly, with a focus on continual improvement in order to meet the requirements of an ever-evolving organization. With our extensive knowledge of quality control standards, we provide and mobilize the required knowledge workers to verify product conformity and quality during the design and development phase, manufacturing process, through to delivery.

Our highly skilled and qualified professionals have extensive experience within their specific discipline. They continuously perform inspections, review tests and processes, verify measurements, evaluate workmanship, and report supplier progress. We intensively liaise with you to ensure that production processes are properly surveyed, monitored, and managed. You are kept informed through detailed and timely reporting of pertinent conditions and results.
