Responsible Sourcing & Conflict Minerals Compliance
We believe in responsibly sourcing materials and require all our suppliers to follow ethical practices. Cypress Technologies fully supports efforts to eliminate human rights abuses related to sourcing tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG) from conflict-affected regions. In compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure transparency in the supply chain and require them to complete conflict minerals declarations.
Suppliers who do not adhere to our ethical sourcing policies risk losing their partnership with us. By enforcing strict compliance with legal and industry regulations, we ensure that every component used in our manufacturing process aligns with our values of accountability and responsibility.
