Cypress CEO Greg Child said, “We’ve known Seismic Instruments for years, as both a client for our contract manufacturing services, as well as an industry specialist in seismic acquisition systems. The ability to integrate our rugged, reliable manufacturing ability with SI’s class-leading instrumentation is a powerful move.” Financial terms were not disclosed.
